Lesson Types
ISR NEW Infants & Non-Walkers
For children NEW to the program who are between 6 months-13 months old. Generally, the program is for non-walkers and toddlers, and the course will last anywhere from 6-7 weeks, but can vary depending on the child.
ISR Big Kids

For children NEW to the program who are between 3.5 to 6 years old. Generally, the program for big kids is 4 weeks, but can be up to 6-7 weeks.
ISR NEW Walkers & Toddlers
For children NEW to the program who are between 1 to 3.5 years old. Generally, the program for walkers and toddlers is 6-7 weeks, but can vary depending on the child.
ISR Refresher
For children who have already completed survival lessons(swim-float-swim). Since these skills are not new to the child, refresher lessons usually take approximately 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the last time they were in the water with an ISR instructor. If it has been longer than 6 months, then you will need at least 2 weeks.
ISR Returning floaters

For children who completed lessons last year as infants(only learned the rollback to float) and are coming back this year to learn the full swim-float-swim sequence. Generally, the program for returning floaters is 6-7 weeks, depending on the child.
MAINTENANCE

This is for students that have been in the water with an ISR instructor in the last 30 days ONLY. If it has been longer than 30 days, please sign up for refresher lessons, walker/toddler or big kids, which usually take 1-2 weeks.
The sooner the safer
The sooner your child starts ISR (6-12 month) the safer your child will be around water. The ability to self-rescue is the number #1 priority even before learning to swim. At ISR, our students that begin in infancy are not only safer sooner but will learn to swim sooner. Learning to rollback to float at young age makes the transition from a floater to a swim-float-swimmer easier. Please do not wait!
